We have a comprehensive virtual outpatient treatment program available entirely online.

What platform do you use? Is it safe?

All virtual therapy services happen on Google Meet. It’s HIPAA-compliant and secure, so all discussions are confidential.

Do I need my camera on?

Yes. Cameras must stay on during virtual substance abuse treatment sessions. This helps build a connection between you and your assigned therapist, strengthening trust.

What do I need for the program?

All you need is a stable internet and a computer device for virtual treatment services.

Can anyone join?

Our virtual drug treatment program is only for Massachusetts residents because of licensing rules. However, there are no other exclusionary factors.

When are sessions? How long?

Virtual treatment runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for 3 hours each day.

What therapy do you offer virtually?

Individual and group virtual therapy services include CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, mindfulness, fitness, and 12-Step groups. Experiential therapy is not available as it requires participants to be on-site.

Do you have doctors online?

Yes. Virtual treatment participants have access to medical staff and medication management.

Who runs the sessions?

Licensed drug and alcohol counselors lead all virtual substance use treatment meetings. Throughout treatment, you’ll have the same therapist or case manager, ensuring continuous care.

What happens after I finish?

We help you plan the next steps after you’re discharged. This includes finding long-term therapists and connecting with recovery groups like AA or SMART. You can join our alumni program, or we can help you find a recovery coach nearby.
