Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About Rehab

What types of addiction do we treat?

We treat adults struggling with alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, benzodiazepine, stimulant, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, kratom, and other substance use disorders. Every treatment plan is personalized based on your history, symptoms, recovery goals, and clinical needs.

Where are we located?

We are located in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our center is designed to provide a calm, supportive, and welcoming environment for adults beginning or continuing addiction recovery.

Are we an inpatient rehab center?

No. We provide outpatient addiction treatment. Our programs give clients structured clinical support while allowing them to return home outside of treatment hours. When inpatient care or medical detox is needed, we can help coordinate a referral to a trusted provider.

What outpatient addiction treatment programs do we offer?

We offer several levels of outpatient care, including Extended Day Treatment, Day Treatment, online treatment options, counseling and therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, detox referrals, and aftercare support. We recommend the right level of care after learning more about your needs, substance use history, schedule, and recovery goals.

Is treatment confidential?

Absolutely. All services are private and follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect your information.

How do we determine whether someone needs detox?

We look at the substance being used, withdrawal risks, medical history, current symptoms, and overall safety. During the admissions process, our team helps determine whether outpatient treatment is appropriate or whether detox should happen first.

Do you treat dual diagnosis?

Yes. We provide dual diagnosis care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, or trauma alongside opioid addiction.

Can family members be involved in treatment?

Yes. Family involvement can be an important part of recovery. When appropriate, we offer family support to help improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen support systems, and create a healthier recovery environment.

Will rehab affect my work or school?

Programs are flexible, with day, half-day, and virtual options. Documentation can be provided if needed.

What happens after treatment?

We help every client prepare for life after treatment through aftercare planning. This may include relapse prevention strategies, ongoing therapy recommendations, community resources, recovery support, and referrals for continued care when needed.

How soon can I start?
