Fentanyl addiction recovery is highly individualized. At New Growth, you’ll receive a combination of medication, therapy, and holistic support to create treatments tailored to your needs.

Levels of Care for Fentanyl Addiction Treatment Program

From flexible sessions to structured partial-day care, you’ll get the right intensity with a clear step-down plan.

Extended Day Treatment (PHP)

You’ll receive Extended Day Treatment, which includes 30 hours per week of therapy. Sessions are in individual and group settings, and programming can consist of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) consultations.

Day Treatment (IOP)

With Day Treatment programming, you’ll experience 9 to 15 hours of intensive support per week. Flexible scheduling allows you to attend sessions around work or school, while learning coping and relapse prevention skills.

Virtual Treatment Program

In our Online Rehab Program, you work on recovery and life skills through secure sessions from the comfort of your home. This level of care is available statewide as a partial-day service, offering group and individual support.

Detox Program

Through our medical detox referral program, you can safely withdraw from fentanyl with 24/7 supervision. Our trusted partners offer high-quality care and comfort, and we can help you step down once detox is completed.

Therapy and Counseling

Throughout fentanyl rehab, you’ll get personalized addiction counseling and therapy. This includes CBT, DBT, family therapy, and experiential therapies like animal-assisted care to improve whole-person wellness.

Programs may vary based on individual assessment and clinical needs.
