Substance Abuse Day Treatment (IOP)
Disclaimer: Referred to as “IOP program” by some insurance companies
New Growth Recovery’s day treatment programs include comprehensive care without overnight stays. With a dedicated substance abuse counselor’s guidance, you’ll receive therapy that supports your recovery.
Find Support With Our Day Treatment Program
You might feel like weekly therapy isn’t enough, but you can’t leave your job, kids, or responsibilities behind for months of residential treatment. Standard outpatient programs often leave you feeling at risk of relapse.
Our day treatment program is a more flexible solution and a step down from inpatient care. You’ll receive around 6–8 weeks of tailored approaches, including clinical insight and structured programming.
What makes us different:
Daily support from caring, expert counselors
Patient-centered approach that prioritizes you
Excellence in evidence-based addiction treatment
Substance abuse classes for strong relapse prevention
Sleep at home each night while getting effective support
“When individuals come to us, they’re often feeling isolated and uncertain about their future. By the time they complete our day program, they have practical coping skills, a strong support network, and confidence in maintaining long-term recovery.”
What We Offer
You can select morning, afternoon, or evening sessions in person or virtually to fit your schedule. Same-day admissions allow you to start treatment whenever you’re ready.
You’ll receive individual counseling sessions, group therapy with peers, and family programs. Personalized treatments integrate therapy, a 12-Step program, and wellness.
You can achieve sobriety from a range of substances. These include alcohol, cocaine, opioids, benzodiazepines, inhalants, fentanyl, and dual diagnoses.
You can heal physically and spiritually through trauma-informed yoga, optional gym classes, animal-assisted therapy with dogs, and natural light during on-site sessions.
